My two daughters were to go to college in the next 4-6 years and I had no savings. 

I had just lost a good amount of money in a commercial real estate deal in India.
I had bought a large home to live in but had to move before planned. 

The home I bought had a title issue and I had to spend a lot of money to fix it. 

So I gave myself 7 years to rebuild my finances and become Financially free.

At the same time, I moved to the US. 

Today, I traveled that path – sent my daughters to college debt free, bought multiple homes, invested in assets in the US and travel to India when I feel like. 

None of it required me to invest in risky assets. In fact, investments have been the simplest (although essential) part of it. 

The thing that moved that needle is Financial Discipline and having a Plan that got me from Point A to Point B. 

Pushed out of my comfort zone late in life, a shorter runway to college/retirement savings in the US, single earner in the family, uncertain/changing immigration laws, housing market about to explode.. my move to the US was nowhere close to the proverbial American dream.

I read extensively about the US financial system, followed numerous channels on YouTube, attended real estate seminars, but there was some disconnect. 

All the experts/people around me were many steps/ decades ahead.

They could not tell me what is right for my situation and how to get into that Financial Flow quickly so I can concentrate on my career and family.

I wished I knew someone who was just few steps ahead of me and walked my path.
